Pairing up with Champagnes Bruno Paillard http://champagnebrunopaillard.com/, Franck and his team decided to celebrate the 3rd Thursday of November in style. In the spirit of a populist celebration, friends, colleagues and guests are invited to a fete at Le General Hotel in Paris. Champagne tastes are clearly more evolved than 'new wine'.

Soiree invitees sip and socialize in a casually sophisticated environment. Le General Hotel's designer lobby bar backdrop, the conviviality of guests and Un-nouveau bubbly has made the Champagne Soiree so successful, that event is held each year.
